Fitness Coach Invoicing: Session Packs and Plans
Fitness coaching sells best in packs: ten sessions plus a plan, billed once, instead of ten separate small invoices. One clear invoice per pack is easier for the client to pay and easier for you to track.
1. Packs, expiry, and sessions used
State the pack size, the session price, and the expiry date in your terms or notes. If sessions do not roll over, say so on the invoice — that prevents the most common coaching billing dispute.
2. Plans as a separate fixed fee
Charge a training and nutrition plan as its own fixed-fee line, separate from session hours. The client then sees the plan as a deliverable, not as padding on the hourly rate.
3. Payment timing
Bill a pack in advance, with an explicit due date before the first session. Use the Amount Paid line if a client pays a deposit first and the balance later.
